1. Definitions
“Store” means the website and the Bahman Zamani mill in Behbahan. “Customer” is anyone who orders in person, by phone, or online. “Product” includes white rice, brown rice, rice bran, haleem wheat, and other listed items.

Buying from the site or factory means you accept these terms. We kept the wording plain so you can read it before you order.
2. Orders
An order is confirmed when stock is verified and payment is settled. Minimum weight is 5 kg unless we agree otherwise in writing. You must provide a correct phone and delivery address.
3. Price and stock
Prices are in toman and follow that day’s stock. Fresh-milled rice is seasonal; if a lot runs out we will tell you before shipping and you may choose a substitute or cancel.
4. Shipping
Vacuum packing is done at the factory. Delivery times are estimates. Visible transit damage must be reported within 48 hours.
5. Quality
We check milling, cleanliness, and packing. Poor home storage (heat, moisture, open bags) is not covered by returns. Storage tips are on the blog.
6. Privacy and law
Name, phone, and address are used only to fulfill and support the order. These terms follow the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
